And the winner is...Mark Cage!

Mark Cage

We are pleased to announce the winner, of week 17, in the 2016 #clickyourclock competition as Mark Cage (handicap 1.5)

Throughout 2016 we are rewarding runners who have improved their handicap score  with a Polar Heart Rate Monitor.

At 12 noon each Wednesday, from Wednesday 23rd March to Wednesday 14th September 2016, a random draw is made from all those runners on the #clickyourclock leaderboard whose scores have improved by any amount in the preceding seven days and the prize is a Polar FT4 heart rate monitor.

This week, there were 599 clocks clicked and, out of those, 311 showed an improvement and so went into the draw.

Mark Cage was picked, at random, on Wednesday and will soon be receiving his prize. Mark ran the Brighton Phoenix 10k, last week, in a fantastic 35:00 that took 0.319% off his score. He has recently been racing on the track over 800m and this speed work has clearly made a difference to his 10k speed too!
