And the winner is...Lloyd Sheppard!

We are pleased to announce the winner, of week 23, in the 2016 #clickyourclock competition as Lloyd Sheppard (handicap 3.0)
Throughout 2016 we have been rewarding runners who have improved their handicap score with a Polar Heart Rate Monitor.
At 12 noon each Wednesday, from Wednesday 23rd March to Wednesday 7th September 2016, a random draw is made from all those runners on the #clickyourclock leaderboard whose scores have improved by any amount in the preceding seven days and the prize is a Polar FT4 heart rate monitor.
This week, there were 553 clocks clicked and, out of those, 312 showed an improvement and so went into the draw.
Lloyd Sheppard was picked, at random, on Wednesday, and will soon be receiving his prize. He ran the 1500m in 4:38.51 at the Welsh Inter Regional Championships on Saturday, finishing 6th in the U15 race. This took 0.282% off his score as he continues to bring his times down! Well done Lloyd - we hope you enjoy your prize and it helps bring your score down even further!
