We are pleased to announce the winner, of week 5, in the 2016 #clickyourclock competition as Jack Parr (handicap 3.5)

Throughout 2016 Polar are rewarding runners who have improved their handicap score  with a Polar Heart Rate Monitor.

At 12 noon each Wednesday, from Wednesday 23rd March to Wednesday 14th September 2016, a random draw is made from all those runners on the #clickyourclock leaderboard whose scores have improved by any amount in the preceding seven days and the prize is a Polar FT4 heart rate monitor.

This week, there were 723 clocks clicked and, out of those, 402 showed an improvement and so went into the draw.

Jack Parr was picked, at random, on Wednesday and will soon be receiving his prize. Jack put in two races back-to-back during the last week. He ran the Fordhouses 5k on Friday, in 18:15, and then went off to the ERRA National Men's 12-Stage Relays on Saturday to run for Wolverhampton and Bilston. He covered his 5.38 mile leg in 32:13 and his combined performances took 1.228% off his score.
