And the winner is.....Ian Hewitt!

The results of this week's #clickyourclock competition (1 - 7 July) can be found here.
Throughout 2015 Polar are rewarding runners who have improved their handicap score by the largest percentage with a Polar Heart Rate Monitor.
This time yesterday, we had our money on Gerard Williams (handicap 4.0) but, since then, have found some other performances from him and this has altered his profile graph that now shows a % improvement of 4,57, taking him down to 7th on the leader board. Ian Hewitt (handicap 8.7) has now been promoted to top spot with a % improvement of 8.93. Ian ran the Widnes parkrun in 20:50 on Saturday and this knocked a whopping 5.6 off his score! His score has also improved as a result of running more regularly in events. After a long spell away from the racing scene, he has now done three races within the last month and this has been rewarded.
Ian will shortly receive a Polar FT4 heart rate monitor.
