We are pleased to announce the winner of this week's #clickyourclock competition as Phil Higginbottom (handicap 15.3), who has shown impressive consistency recently with another solid performance at his local undulating and picturesque parkrun.
The competition runs from spring to autumn each year. A weekly random draw is made from all runners on the #clickyourclock leaderboard whose scores have improved by any amount in the preceding seven days and the prize is a Polar FT1 heart rate monitor.
This week, there were 782 clocks clicked and, out of those, 344 showed an improvement and went into the draw. Phil has been randomly picked and will soon be receiving his prize. The handicap scoring system rewards regular racing as well as improved performances.
Phil ran at the Bramhall parkrun finishing in 25:01. Solid running from Phil, having recently completed a half marathon too!
Your race, this weekend may be your final chance to win in 2017 so claim your handicap now and be ready to #clickyourclock after your chosen event!
Good Luck!
