With a busy weekend and great results, our #clickyourclock brigade have started the year with impressive statistics to out-perform previous years. Robert Legge was picked out randomly as the first winner of the #clickyourclock competition in 2019.

We are pleased to announce the winner, of the first week, in the 2019 #clickyourclock competition as Robert Legge  handicap 19.6).

Throughout 2019 we are rewarding runners who have improved their handicap score  with a chance to win Polar OH1 Optical Heart Rate Sensor.

Although we previously drew the winner at 12 o' clock each Wednesday, we have put this back to 0900hrs each Thursday in order to give you a bit more time to #clickyourclock after the weekend results have been published.

On Thursday, a weekly random draw is made from all those runners on the #clickyourclock leaderboard whose scores have improved by any amount in the preceding seven days and the prize is a Polar OH1 Optical Heart Rate Sensor.

This week there were over 1,500 runners who did,  #clickyourclock, with 698 improving your running handicap. Congratualtions to all improvers! All 698 went into the draw today.

Robert Legge has been picked, at random, and will soon be receiving his prize. Robert ran the Lymington Woodside parkrun at the weekend in 28:08. This improved his running handicap score by 0.04 for this time. While this was not his fastest, it was an improvement based on consistency and regular commitments.

Claim your handicap now and be ready to #clickyourclock after your race this week!
