And the #clickyourclock winner is...Paul Marriott !

We are pleased to announce the winner of this week's #clickyourclock competition as Paul Marriott (handicap 3.0) from Worksop, pictured above.
Throughout 2017 we are rewarding runners who have improved their handicap score with a Polar heart rate monitor.
The competition runs during the spring and summer months. Each week a random draw is made from all runners on the #clickyourclock leaderboard whose scores have improved by any amount in the preceding seven days and the prize is a Polar FT1 heart rate monitor.
This week, there were 810 clocks clicked and, out of those, 394 showed an improvement and went into the draw. An improvement on last week - well done to all the improvers!
Paul has been randomly picked this week and will soon be receiving his prize. The handicap scoring system rewards regular racing as well as improved performances. Paul is an improving runner and rana PB of 18:06 at the Rother Valley parkrun last weekend for fourth place overall. Impressive improvement by Paul and this saw an improvement of 0.165 for the week.
Don't forget there are many racing days available this week, so claim your handicap now and be ready to #clickyourclock after your race this week!
Good luck!
