And the #clickyourclock winner is...Pete Teevan!

We are pleased to announce the winner of this week's #clickyourclock competition as  Pete Teevan  (handicap 8.9).

Throughout 2017 we are rewarding runners who have improved their handicap score  with a Polar heart rate monitor.

The competition runs during the spring and summer months. Each week a random draw is made from all runners on the #clickyourclock leaderboard whose scores have improved by any amount in the preceding seven days and the prize is a Polar FT1 heart rate monitor.

This week, there were 836 clocks clicked and, out of those, 415 showed an improvement and went into the draw. An improvement on last week - well done to all the improvers!

Pete Teevan has been randomly picked this week and will soon be receiving his prize. The handicap scoring system rewards regular racing as well as improved performances. Pete is a regular runner and ran the Compton Verney Half Marathon in 98:18, just one day after the Stratford-upon-Avon parkrun where he ran 27:35. This saw an improvement of 0.086 for the week.

Don't forget there are many warmer racing days available this week as evening events are still abundant, so claim your handicap now and be ready to #clickyourclock after your race this week!

Good luck!
