Throughout the summer of 2018 we are rewarding runners who have improved their handicap score  with a chance to win a Polar A300 Activity Tracker.

At 12 noon each Wednesday a random draw is made from all those runners on the #clickyourclock leaderboard whose scores have improved by any amount in the preceding seven days and the prize is a Polar A300 Exercise and Activity Tracker.

This week, there were 1262 clocks clicked and, out of those, 609 showed that the training is working well and improved their handicap score.

All 609 went into the draw with a chance to win a Polar A300 Activity Tracker.

Rob Fowler (handicap of 0.7) was picked, at random and will soon be receiving her prize. Rob ran at the Wilmslow half marathon in 78:53 last weekend, which was a season's best. This improved his handicap score by 2.46%.

Keep up the great running Rob!
