Age UK Leeds Abbey Dash 10k - only a few places remain!

This is the 29th year the Leeds Abbey Dash that is now one of the most popular events on the calendar. It is the final event in the 2014 runbritain Grand Prix and it is expected that 12,000 runners will take part.

The out and back course is flat and fast and creates a highly-charged atmosphere as, along with the supporters, runners encourage each other as they approach and run back from the turn around point. Each year the race produces personal best times for runners of all standards, from beginners to advanced participants.

Money raised from the event will help to support older people in both the Leeds area and nationwide!
