Advice from England Athletics

As we respond to the challenge of spending more time at home and unable to run as we would normally; England Athletics has expanded its campaign to support Athletics and Running for everyone @home, with a focus here on ‘Running @home’ support and advice, which is updated weekly.
National head of Coaching and Athlete Development Martin Rush says, “Now we’ve all settled into a routine, let me tell you it’s time to ruffle things up a bit; we don’t want you getting too comfortable after all. Seriously though, discovering running and all the fitness and health benefits it offers is all about taking progressive steps forward, which is what we have for you this week.
Step forward this way…
It’s simple: Set yourself some goals, add a bit of pace to your weekly regime and a bit of strength and take care of the little things like diet and mobility. We have it all covered for you.”
