2015 runbritain Grand Prix - can you get on the scoreboard?

The races that will make up the 2015 runbritain Grand Prix, where the top 250 men and women are awarded points, will comprise of six races.
The races have been announced as follows:
Vitality Reading Half Marathon - Sunday 22nd March - (incorporating English Championships)
Bupa London 10,000 - Monday 25th May - (incorporating British Championships)
Bristol 10k - Sunday 31st May
Cardiff 10k - Sunday 6th September
Lloyds Bank Cardiff Half Marathon - Sunday 4th October (incorporating British Championships)
Age UK Leeds Abbey Dash 10k - Sunday 15th November (incorporating English Championships)
The new addition to the 2015 Grand Prix is the flat and fast Cardiff 10k, which will be celebrating its 30th anniversary.
At all six events that make up the Grand Prix, points are awarded for the first 250 finishing positions. 250 points are awarded for the first British finisher, down to 1 point for the 250th British finisher. Time bonuses are also available.
What are your targets for 2015? Will you be entering the 2015 Grand Prix and will you get yourself on the scoreboard? In last year's Reading Half Marathon, the men had to run faster than 81:47 and the women faster than 1:40:36 to finish in the top 250.
