17,000 handicap score claimants

We are pleased to announce that sixteen months since the launch of the runbritain handicap scoring system there are now more than 17,000 runners who have signed up to find out what their handicap score is in running and to benefit from the other functions on their profile page.

The system is designed to allow you to compare your results across all distances and terrains. You can access the site for FREE and see your profile page with your handicap score, your ranking on the national ladder, your personal progress graph, direct comparisons with other runners with a 'head-to-head' function and much, much more.

Your handicap score is updated automatically after each run and you are given target times to bring your score down to the next level. These also give you a realistic goal for other distances that you may not have done before or may not have done for a while and they will also link you through to training schedules to help you achieve your targets.
